Humber Super Snipe, Airfix, 1/32nd scale

Monty's Humber

this was new tool back in 1973......i can remember doing it at some point in the late 70s and its been on my list of wanting another go at for nostalgia reasons ever since i took up this modelmaking lark again

at least i shouldnt have to weather this one up since cos its Monty's motor it would have been kept immaculate lol

ready for some green paint

since theres no way of adding the rear seat after the rest of it is built ive already painted it and masked it

very nice start to this one, :D

Looks good Paul, looking forward to seeing this finished.

Looking good Paul. Looks like it comes with a Monty figure too!

it does.....however its not the greatest moulded figure.........heres also supposed to be a driver but hes missing............so im going to do it without figures

getting there slowly

im at that point where i cant do much at a time......do 5 minutes worth of work then leave it alone for it to dry or for the glue to go off

Haven't seen that kit for decades, great to see one being built up. Looks great so far!
