Hi All,

Any suggestions about best humbrol paint for Mig 21 copckit?

Cheers

hi vekiq, this is a tough one because none of the standard humbrol colours are anywhere near this cockpit colour. Try mixing equal parts of # 14 french blue,# 23 duck egg blue,# 101 mid green , and# 34 white . This should give something near to the turquoise colour found on some migs, you can always make it lighter /darker as you prefer, just dont be tempted to add yellow-this will make it go too green. hope this helps cheers tony

Gents,

White Ensign paints do a MiG Cockpit Interior Turquois (Reference #AC SM 07) For MiG 21, 23, 25, 27. I used it for my Trumpeter 1/32 Sukhoi SU27B Flanker, see picture gallery for a photo of the cockpit. Airbrushes and paint brushes excellent.

Hope this helps Derek
