The nozzle becomes mid-aligned in the nozzle cap opening. This causes problems like you're having. I've found sometimes the paint won't flow with the trigger lightly pulled back - so naturally I ease it back further & further ...and a big sploge of paint comes out, ruining what I'm doing! :(


The H & S won't have that problem due to it's nozzle design ... I hope! ;)
The Iwata neo used to have this problem, which is why it's initial release was not very well recieved.

H&S and the Iwata Eclipse have self centring drop in nozzles, which are meant to "self centre". This works on my infinity and Iwata Eclipse, but I found, after a detailed examination, that my Iwata Hi Line was more spot on. However, all of those airbrushes, are great, and you will find no problems with them.
