Hi folks small update.


As there were no insignia decals supplied by Tamiya which was slightly disappointing for the price £22. I brought some £7 and they turned up :) so now I can progress .


Although the gun was fiddly with lots of tiny parts it went together very well. I did however have to drill wheels and axle hubs and use metal from a paper clip to attach wheels as the attachment points of these was IMHO pathetic. ( see pics:eek:) so on with some paint next. The Anti tank gun looks very nice John, and those decals look decent, where did you source them from?

Really nice weapon, In my old barracks were two Pak 40 on permanent display as past memories ... Cheers ;)
 
Nice set mate I do like a good DAK dio and that looks cool I look forward to seeing it finished
