Ive not had much experience building aircraft but fancy building a Ju 87 in 1/48.

Can anyone advice a good kit for me to start building.

Cheers

Personally I'd go for the Italeri kit if you can find it, I think it looks most like a 'Stuka'. The Hasegawa and Airfix kits are not bad at all.

Airfix have or are about to release a new tool Stuka in this scale. Perhaps you could review it during a build?

Last I saw the new Airfix kit wasn't due to be released until September this year. These dates tend to drift backwards rather than forwards :)

Edit: latest date for release of this kit is 24 Sept .

Be bold and go for the Airfix 1/24. OK, maybe not the most accurate 87 but of all the old 1/24 Airfix kits, their Stuka was by far the best.  Oh, and John has one in stock in the shop  :)

Just dont pay the extra price for the Tamiya boxing. It is the very good Italeri one in a tamiya box. ;-)

The airfix old one is surprisingly a good kit if it is mated with a few interior PE sets. However, if you don't like fiddling with fit and raised panel lines and rivets, don't get it,

go for the Italeri or the Hasegawa.

The Hasegawa is extremely good with fit
