I read on another site that someone had a stash of over 1,700 kits.....

Personally, favouring 1/32 aircraft I keep to no more than about 10 in my stash. The kits and materials are just more expensive, take up more room and the number of different kits produced is more limited (though growing at a fast rate....

He (and for sure it's a he) may not be as daft as he seems. All those unbuilt kits, in their boxes, are worth more than they would be if he actually built them. I knew I'd been doing something wrong for all these years

i go with the rest to many never get all them done and when he comes to the nxt model it would tank him ages to pick which one he wants to build
