Evening Mr Smith, I say looking very smart. Your figures are really good by the way, love the shading on them. Tank looks the Dogs, I can see the Dogs Award Committee having an easy time when you submit this with its base.:thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

As for the Award...... I can only dream of attaining the standard that is required to receive,what is,let`s face it....... the Nobel prize of modelling!

Weeell, lets both do it! More than one Sheridan and more than one Buddha in country! OOrah!

You know,SOMETIMES it`s as if things are "Meant to be":worried:,Yesterday Rach and i went shopping at our local ASDA,as we walked in the first thing we were confronted with was a Garden ornament sale display.Lo and behold,staring me in the face for the Princely sum of £2 was this........

This chap is 52mm high,so with a scaple and a bit of good old "Das Clay" i`ll have me Buddah Statue sorted.......and coupled with this....

You may well be on with the "Duo Dio" idea mate,as you so succinctly put it.......... OOrah!!!

...... and now a brief update on the base,first up,some "Scatter".......

Then some oasis and plants,(Some of which are still in primer,others in a base coat of various Greens).......

...... and the rest of the foliage shoved on,with some floor growth........

Done a bit more since,but no pics as yet.The last 2 figures thus......


That`s it so far,i`m gonna crack on today,so should have some nice progress on the base to report:thumb2:.

Andy In the first photo of the scatter I thought you had taken to breeding ants, was expecting this was in the wrong section !
When delving further down the page I find the base, wow looking good, nice placement of the road/ track .Certainly like the vegetation, Id say spot on. :thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

OK then Guys,the last update here....
......the last 2 figures are done as far as i can,tried to do some cabling etc......

.... as you can see,i`m no figure painter!!:anguished:..... HOWEVER,they can get "lost" for detail in a Dio....as you will see soon!!,
