Kirklees Model Boat club annual fun day this Sunday 8 July 2007 at

Wilton Park Birstall Batley. 10 mins Just off jct 27 M62 Come along see loads of model r/c boats / Ships and Submarines on display. Dozens of model clubs attend, tea tent sandwiches etc all welcome.:grinball2:

Kirklees Open day

Hi folks don't know if anyone on here attended but we had a great day, Over 160 model boats on display 4 traders and 14 + clubs, the weather was kind too apart from a shower in the afternoon, I will try some pics for you to look at ( don't know if I can do 80 pics at once ):grinball2::grinball2:

I am sorry I missed this event now, Unfortunately I was working. I am impressed at the standard of models and of course the turn out. Always nice to see a successful event and that certainly looked like a good fun day out.

the 2nd row in the middle, lovely model , great subtle weathering too
