Hi all, here is my completed Hasegawa BF 109 F-4 from the 109 GB. This is the first model I've finished this year and am pretty happy with how it turned out. I used a mix of Tamiya and AK acrylics. I used aftermarket decals from print scale. Not the best decals I have used and probably wouldn't use them again to be honest. I have tried a few new weathering techniques I have seen to varied results.

The aircraft I have modeled is BF 109 F-4 ' Yellow 4' flown by Oberfeldwebel Eberhard von Boremski, 9./JG 3, May 1942.

Hope you all like it.

Cheers

Very nice, and a camouflage scheme I don't think I've seen before.

Great work there Kresten I too like the camo 1 you don't see every day.

Thanks guys. I hadn't seen that camo before either so that was the main reason for giving it a go. Thanks for the link Steve, he didn't do too badly. Wouldn't have been fun being locked up by the russian's though.

Excellent work mate- the splinter camo is really nice. Just be careful on the canopy. The canopy did not stretch that far out.

Thanks guys. Cheers John, did notice that later on and have fixed it now. Think it just drooped a bit while the glue was setting.

Very nicely done Kresten. I think the F is the prettiest if the 109 family.

Good job, Kresten! It's a beautiful "Friedrich" with an unusual camo. Well done!!

Thanks guys. Did try some new stuff with the weathering and was pretty happy with it. I must say I do like the lines of the F as well.

Cheers.
