-- used it already to test attachment of a etch bumper to a jeep and very glad to say it works very well.
UV light has to see the glue to activate it , so glue is at edge of plastic and metal where it connects , not between the two pieces

- not used yet , plenty of things need filling though.

Lindberg Pickup Rod, 2 for £11.50 off ebay UK. One built unpainted, one unbuilt in bags.
Will try and paint the built one whilst thinking of how to further customise the other.

A late delivery from postie..................P1050994.JPG

I remember attempting to build the AER/MOLDOVA/TOGA model of this, and giving up in disgust!. Needless to say, I got this at an very pleasing discount.

Got my paints and satin varnish from Hannants today. Also got these lovely Montex masks at the same time. Just what i need to start my nightfighter theme builds. First up is going to be the Bf109 G6/R6

I was given this at a trade show last week: P1140896.JPGP1140897.JPGP1140898.JPG
It's made by Oxford diecast. I'm not a big Land Rover fan, and I don't collect diecasts, but it was free...! It would have been rude to refuse!

Pete

It appears to be 1-43 scale. Oxford also make die cast in 1-87 scale. Nice looking Rover and it is a special edition. I'd say you got lucky on that one:smiling3:.
Cheers, Rick H.

Arrived this morning.

These should be better, ok not easy but better made.

John.

Nice Haul you have there John. Should be better kits....hopefully !!
Hi mate , not going to be easy, as I had a look at the chassis on one of them, the kit is very like the HobbyBoss one I had to give up on, a Gaz doubled wheeled version of the Gaz truck .
Dave Ward has built quite a few HobbyBoss kits in the past, think he rates them ok.
John.

hi Dave--that asu-57 is a cracking little kit (I got one for the stash a few months ago) but its tiny even in this scale!! im building a 1/72 Ferdinand at the minute that's nearly the same size as it!...cheers Marty

Wow
When you said you were going to build ALL the Soviet armoured cars, you really ment it!
Well done John
