I don't know what happened there mate? I thought I posted that two days ago and when I went reply to peters pe post it mangled the two together. I did have probs with the phone the other day so sort of makes sense.

Your right though mate it was supposed to continue by saying:

Red 1 butcher bird of JV44.

I have a 1/48 Dora Eduard overtree so needed some decals and I have the same kit but a full profipack along with another me262 coming in the next couple of months and I have a galland circus dio in mind based on the picture below.

It will be a while off and I have never done a duo but if I pull it off I'm sure it will be a blinder!

Phil

Well the Cyber Hobby one is the same as the Dragon Battle of the Bulge KT, but for £15 cheaper. It has pe engine deck screens, turned aluminium barrel & late war tracks - not bad for £35 inc postage!

The Jagdtiger is the Dragon one in a Revell box sans pe - I'll probably add an aluminium barrel & an Eduard pe set to it.

The Dragon figures are Gen 2 & are beautifully molded - I'd recommend them to anyone into WWII dios.

do like the sounds of them ,will be waiting to see them on the bench soon, ;)

,Im looking for one at the moment as well, but pries is holding me back

with 68 cents well will not be buying muuch for some time till,it gets to middle 70,or low 80,s :eek:

Nice haul Patrick I have two of the revell jagdtigers in the stash and have wanted the hobby one ever since it slipped though my fingers at model zone for £25 a number of years ago a big regret. Looking forward to these future builds

I have to say I'm impressed.

Even at 28mm scale (The manufacturers give this as 1/56 which scales up to only about 5foot 2inches which I reckon is a bit strange. 1/65 would make them a more realistic 6 feet) these figures are all poseable. I've seen a few reviews from wargamers who say construction is fiddly and they are maybe not robust enough for wargames. I wouldn't disagree but I want them fixed in a dio so that's not an issue for me. They have individual bases and there are LOADS of spares - 30 swords, 30 spears, 30 shields (two types of each),15 bows and quivers, 50 heads, and 80 arms to complete just 30 figures.

Mould quality is excellent with very little flash and they can be glued using normal superglue - look and learn all you manufacturers who are still using unglueable polythene!!! They are supplied in a sturdy box and the sprues have location pins on the corners which interlock to stop them sliding around and breaking small bits - another excellent little touch! I paid about £16 for my set which works out at just over 50p per figure, and for what you get I think that's really great value.

PS Bobby: These will fit nicely with the figures you kindly sent. My original dio idea has sorta kinda expanded - as they do - since last week. Pictures soon.

PPS Moni: I know you like zombies and post-apocalypse figures. These guys do a range of sets which you might be interested in and you won't be disappointed if the quality is anywhere near as good as these.

oh looks so fiddly Gern, but in the same look nice as well, great box art,

you have my interest in what your upto,?

yes its hard to find 1/35 zombies, and I still look time to time,

but have found that the range of things in 28mm,what ever scale that is has a lot of neat stuff,

that you will never get in 1/35 hitler young ,zombie and so no,

cannot wait to see what your doing , :D

Oh dear more eBay haha

Something really really really rare and special inside though. Notice the scale motorsports 1/12 Tamiya 935 detail up kit? I never ever thought I'd get one!

The model has been slightly started and some of the PE started but hopefully I can recover and small broken bits and bend a couple of the PE parts back into shape. I can live with a couple of missing bits at the end of the day this was still an awesome purchase, only 510 made as well. So happy with it haha

The bmw was a spur of the moment thing. Has stickers not decals though, might need help to sort that!
