This arrived today it will replace the F-16A tigermeet airframe.

There are one or two noticeable differences between the two kits in mouldings but nothing that should show to much once built.

I may cross bits over from one to the other for detailing purposes. Things like the wheels will be crossed over as I prefer the Revell ones to the monogram offering and the obvious one will be the decals.View attachment 83848

Nice one Terry!I bought this for under £15 on eBay. I know it's older than I am & has rivet heads the size of Ben Nevis, but it's still a 1/32 Mustang!

Polux as I have already given the first kit a coat of white and made the tressles to go in it I am afraid it is to late to turn back. Tomorrow I will hopefully pick up the Hummer to go on the board then start adding the plaster and sand

One down side to this kit I have noticed s the decal sheet has a serial number for the plane that doesn't exist. The fiscal year is wrong and in reality these planes were probably only at a test stage or still on the drawing table. It looks like I may have to cobble together a credible serialto go on the amarc bird.

In my stash I do have a two seater f-16 with a choice of four different aircraft so it should be easy enough with a little research on my aircraft database.

Is this the one with dropping bombs, retracting undercarriage etc., I remember from being a lad?

I've heard of that one, but I don't know if this is that particular version - watch this space!

It came with a display stand with the controls on to operate them.

Built it as a lad but never worked properly, swapped it for an airgun with a m8!
