Hi Ian thanks for that buddy;)

I think you could be right Gregg, I think she loves me and wants me to stay in;) my second lot has just arrived courtesy of the postie 7 more kits for the stash:rolleyes: and a few more to come:D

Hi Monica thanks for that, the train is massive, I originally was thinking of putting it on the railway dio I am building, but I now think it`s going to be to big for the base now:eek:

Hi Monica my Wife has an eye for a good bargain, less than half price;)

While on holiday in Germany I picked up these for €8. These are 1/87 HO scale figures that I use to fill railway carriages or buses in 1/76 OO gauge for my model railway. There has been much discussion on this forum about the difference in scales and can they be mixed - my experience is that with certain situations they can. I find that ordinary OO gauge figures are usually too big to fit in a carriage or vehicle of the same scale but HO scale being slightly smaller are just right. For the ones with legs I cut them off and they go into carriages well with a dab of evilstick. View attachment 86549

Having recently seen a great build of this kit a few weeks ago, I jumped at the chance when one became available on E-Bay last week.

I set myself a limit of what I was prepared to pay, expecting it to go for a very high price. :( :(

Couldn't believe it when I got it for less than I was willing to bid. In fact surprised how few bids there were. :) :)

Definitely made up for it when I decided to purchase the 'BIG ED' photo etch add-ons.o_Oo_O

Haven't yet told HWMBO just how big this is, as she's not too happy with the space my Schnellboote & the Atomic Annie I am in the middle of building take up already.:eek:

Oh my God!!! Another 1/24 plane  the forum will be very interesting this winter :) Is a new tooling, or is old like the Stuka?
I'm not too sure on when it was made, I think its new, it will sit nicely next to my 1;24th Spitfire and when the HKM Lancaster comes out that's next :)
