Tony (yakface) did this one a while ago & he was impressed with the kit, while I was impressed with his build!

As I'm usually slower than a footballer doing a Mensa test, I'm planning that this one will be a 24 hour OOB build View attachment 242541

The Airfix sale got a battering, there's actually two of the Warrior Kits and two of the 1/48 Gnats, few other bits on way and contemplating the 1/24 ME 109 posted elsewhere

Just wish the correct colours were more readily available

Got these through the post today. If I can paint them well enough (big if with my figure painting skills) they will accompany my Churchill Crocodile as it enters the outskirts of a built up area post D-Day.

They actually look very nicely detailed for Tamiya figures, the faces are very well done with totally different expressions and the uniform and kit detail is quite impressive. I read somewhere that they have the wrong bayonets but Hey-Ho, someone screwed up in the stores dept again......

Not doubt someone will tell me they are totally wrong for my purpose but they are near enough for me..... assuming I get them painted.....
