Excellent mammoth haul Monica, absolutely fantastic selection of kits, really like the selection of figures and the Ruskie tankies;)

Not much of a haul but my postie brought me yesterday my new Airfix 1/48 Boulton Paul Defiant Mk1 and its nothing like the 1/72 ( thought it would be a upscale but this is totally new tool and has a lot of new features like open or closed turret ( internal detail and well lots more to it. Looking forward to making this at some later stage)

I had a look at the .303 Brownings and although good detail I'll prob go after market and also get seat belts

Few shots

The second decal option was based just up the road from me Robert, and for that reason I may just have to get one.

That sounds like a nice idea Ian ( do you know anything about the sqn or the airfield etc ( you may know some ones family who may have served there?

Nice one Tommy when are you going to start it ?
Hi Ian good question, still working on the Trumpeter Maz, not far off finished with the trailer build:rolleyes: then the tractor unit:eek: and then some paint;)

Already got the next project lined up:eek: this new addition will be destined for the stash:D

My dad built and painted one of these for me when I was a kid and I've wanted one for a while now. I'm curious to know why there is a fully kitted up US paratrooper in the kit....of a glider?
