Yeah nice haul there Dave. Sadly I wasn't able to make it today so you had a free reign on all those bargains. But I'll be at Telford for the two days with a nice budget so I'll see how much I can grab from under your nose. I especially like that fire jeep.

Very carefully:D. You can buy masks for mottling in the larger scales, but I don't know about 1/72. Might be worth a look. They're only thin sheets (probably brass) with irregular holes - maybe you could make your own out of thin card or plastic?
Thanks. Will have a look. If not I will try my hand at making my own.

Mind you I think I've caught big boxitis only called in to my l h s for a chat and walked out with this

Got the same kit in the stash Colin, you're going to love it matey. I went silly though and got the PE for it. Saving it for a rainy day (so not long now haha!).

Have fun, John

Just thinking the same thing John. May have to invest in some workable tracks and metal barrel

Some more for the stash:

I got the truck and T-72 from a dealer in Poland. I'm disappointed he didn't combine the postage despite putting both kits in the same box. Still, the total was less than £30 inc. P&P for both - which is not bad for brand new kits.

The MAS boat was on special from Jumblies Models - I paid about £62 including postage - again, not bad for brand new.

Nice Dave I already have the M.A.S and I purchased a crew for it. Paid about the same if memory serves me correctly. I got the P.T from the Birmingham Show for £50 Just looking for the crew set for it.

During my recent travel around Italy, I don't saw any Model Shop (just a lot of Toy Stores)...but I find a really interesting shop, in Florence, that was selling that!!!!
Now, I haven't excuses to build some Steampunk vehicles!! lol

Nice find, looking forward to seeing what you do with those

My latest acquisitions for finishing before applying decals and then sealing them and canopy dipping so I'm led to believe
I 've also seemed to have ordered decal remover as well no idea what that does other than removing old decals or is it for badly positioned ones after you have applied them

Regards

Colin
