Just bought this from Neil from this forum. Got to say he is a great guy to buy from. Full 5 stars from me.
This will be the first Jet I will build, as I have always stuck to WWII Luftwaffe and the occasional allied aircraft.
This is an Eduard Limited Edition of the 1/48 Kinetic F-16 with a stack of extras and cartograf decals. The Brassin ejector seat, jet nozzle, fans and wheels look superb. Hopefully when I get to this I’ll be able to nail it. There is a really crazy looking blue camouflage TOp gun scheme which I’ll probably do. Also, it comes with full stores for the armament, which is great. Overall, I like this as I don’t need to get any AM and it represents a good starting point for my modelling of jets.

I have stocked up early this year already, these are the latest additions to the stash, some of them are swaps and some are bargains that I have found on evil bay and Facebook group's.
The Takom V-2 Meillerwagen and Takom Kraz tractor with T-55, along with the Thunder models Scammell transporter were swaps, as was the two Mirror models truck's, and one of the Tamiya Steyrs and the Miniart U.S.D7.
The other's were bought by my wife as a result of the cancer scare that I had, all in all, I am really happy with this lot of kits, and couldn't have asked for more......well not yet anyway :smiling3:

Although not model related I Went to Stoneleigh military show Sunday and couldn't resist a few mementos to hang in the mancave. Cracking show and even Bruce Compton attended with his mate Eddie. A good day out.

You'd think one version of RAL 7028 dark yellow would be enough but no, I opted for no less than three!

I've learned that if you want to test a new paint it's better to buy a larger selection than just a few - and don't have what you actually need. I'm trusting Barry in this case and I'm looking forward to test MRP on tanks now that they've extended their paint selection!

I also bought white and black primer and a bottle of flat base to play with.
MRP looks stunning on planes so why not on German panzers ;)
