Apparently Lidl will have some model deals from 1st Dec 2024, including Airfix / Revell.
I might keep an eye out for the Airfix Spitfire, should be about £6.99 so a bargain.

Aldi are advertising the same. (£6.99) Available 27th. Nov.
Don't be fooled thinking they are basic Starter Kits, they are excellent models.

Yep I know, I bought my few sets last year, and used them as my "learning" kits, (Sherman Firefly, Tiger mk1, Willys jeep, loved making them.)
Great value and hours of fun building them...

After visiting Lidl last week, and no Airfix kits [Sob!] cos I was too early, I went back there today....

And success, they had the kits in now, so bagged myself an amphibious DUKw and a Nice little GNAT F1.

They also had the Tiger mk1 (already built it) and the Sherman Firefly (already built it) plus a few Revell kits, but mostly the quick build, low part ones and mostly cars, Jag, etc.

Also, After no joy in Lidl, I did then go on to my local Aldi last week, and they did have their Airfix kits, so Lidl are obviously a week behind Aldi? So also bagged an Airfix Spit mk1A and a Tomahawk from Aldi last week too.....
