discussion Lightweight Filler

Hi guys,

just found this in Wilko's it's called Lightweight Interior Filler, it says on the container NO sagging or shrinkage, easy to sand and suitable for all paint finishes. Bought some myself £3.99 for 600ml:cheesygri but not tried as yet

and believe me it is very light so should be good for balsa models doesn't say water proof.

This sounds like it is micro balloon based,just make sure that you do not breathe in the floating dust during sanding,it really makes one wheeze ! wear a mask if possible,just be careful.

Second nature now as I do a lot of turning, and sanding on the lathe with a power drill in a six by six shed aint no fun so a respirator and face shield are always worn, but good advice to anyone you only have one pair of lungs so look after them guys:astronaut: me in my sanding gear lol
