makes you look on the drivers of this era with new respect, no power streering top speed of 45 mph breaks that might as well not even be there.

also today to keep swmbo happy I've papered the downstairs toilet

I bet that van didn't do much for you back as well :D

Nice bit of papering there Ken , nice tight corners ( I hope you remember the 15mm rule ) and all the butterflies are the same way up :D

Alan I have no idea what the 15 mil rule is and I did hang one piece of paper the wrong way up but swmbo pointed that out pretty damn quick, it's amazing you ask their opinion on a kit and it's aha or that's nice dear but when it comes to decorating they become the greatest critic in the universe. Tell you what though after the moving yesterday my knees have had it.

And no Clive Dunn I'm afraid

Regret to say it Ken but you are spot on. It is a woman's prerogative (supposedly and defended) to criticize and not to praise. After 53 years i can with certain experience confirm this strange but unchangeable attitude.

Even offering to do the washing up and turn out the lights will not change this peculiarly unfair feminine attitude.

Also like the van.
