Here is my rendition of a modern Chinese light tank with drone proof protection the model itself from Meng along with the photoetch is the finest that I have ever built with unfortunately the same can’t be said of the 3-D print framework once it was released from it filaments it reverted to a trapezoid shape and had to be forced back into shape by glueing it to the photoetch instead of glueing the photoetch to the frame
If you want a model tank to build this is the one the only other piece of advice I would give is use the 3-D printed framework as a guide and make a new frame work out of 1 mm wood you can then ensure you have a perfectly straight angled framework and you can use PVA wood glue to glue the photoetch to it if you use the 3-D printed stuff you’ve gotta use superglue and we all know what that does and did in this case that’s why my cages look like they’ve been hit by several drones but the actual model itself I give 10 out of 10 I can’t fault it & digital camouflage decals are superb I don’t know who made them but they are as good if not better than Cartograph also I would recommend using Microsol Red bottle after the decals have been applied as there are rivets and weird angles that the decals have adhere to especially on the fuel drums at the rear of the tank
So below is my effort it’s not perfect by any means but I’m quite pleased the way it came out in the endIMG_8272.webpIMG_8273.webpIMG_8274.webpIMG_8275.webpIMG_8276.webpIMG_8293.webpIMG_8294.webpIMG_8295.webpIMG_8296.webpIMG_8297.webp
