Here is another attempt to modify a model. For this one I decided to give it modern wheels, wider arcs, a chopped-off roof, make a shorter windshield, spoilers, and a custom storage area. I used a Bamboo 3D printer to make the new parts.

The photos could be better. I need a better camera. And more patience :)

I know I made tyres too thin. It looked ok in 3DsMax, but looks like wagon wheels in reality :DD Making them slightly thicker would make it more realistic. I also struggled with the finish of the model - used Lucky Varnish from AMMO. Turns out it's really bad if you need to use sandpaper on it or decal thinners - it just starts peeling off. Never again :)

It also feels like there are too few colors. Especially when compared to my other models. The cabin floor is actually lint of slightly different color, but looking back I should have picked some more contrasting color.

A fine model with nice modifications 👍
I hope you were able to fix it when it fell of the table. Cheers

Yeah, these pictures are taken pre-accident. Although, I managed to fix it to an acceptable level. Sure some "scars" are visible on closer inspection, but overall it's ok:_IMG_3089.jpgIMG_3162.jpg
