discussion Miniart Kits

Just brought a couple of Miniart kits off John to add to the growing stash. What I like to know is there is any pit-falls to look out for with these kits. Any advice most welcome.

i think i read on another post somewhere that you will fail if you try to cut out the parts from the vac form sheets with a knife,instead miniart recomend using a sharp scribing tool to go around the edge making multiple passes.

Ive just built a Mini Art kit for the first time and found it a little hard to get the two halves to line up when glueing them together, also I thought super glue would be the best way forward with this and I ended up using a few choice words...lol

So in the end I ended up glueing it with straight forward poly cement, the only other thing I would suggest is getting yourself some filler to fill in the join lines these are noticeable and are annoying.......but other than that I really enjoyed building it and have bought 4 others, so they cant be that bad, hope this helps.
