Missing canopy

I'd take it back to the shop you bought it from, if possible, for a replacement or refund like you would do with any product that was defective. If you can't do that then have a look on Airfix's website for guidance.

Any problems I have had I get directly in touch with Airfix.
You may need to prod them after a day or so. But they have sent me bits that I have broken and no charge. Latest was decals I had ruined. They appeared about 10 days later this time a small charge for postage.
In you case Dave they should not be charging postage.

They are quite good at replacing by what I've heard, if they don't get back to you, try getting a refund from the shop, but I doubt you'll get one now that it's opened
