Hi folks I opened one of my kits in my stash yesterday, just to have a look...... You know how it is ,and I realised there was a couple of parts missing. It is an italeri kit soi contacted hobby co, they had a rumage around and called me back about 40 mins later telling me they had my part . They are sending it free of charge same day, now that is excellent customer service indeed just thought I'd mention that.

Well done to Hobby for being on the ball and getting sorted ASAP. Always nice to hear a good modeller maker looking after their customers.

That is what you call customer services
