I have finished a couple of builds, the Y-wing and added some lights to the ESS ELSBRIG. But I have been really ill, severe back spasms that left me unable to breath. I have been on a nebuliser and had muscle relaxants and am a lot better, but have been told to not sit and model to still cramps and spasms. This is for a period of a few days to weeks until it has settled down. :(

Hi Si, hope you feel better real soon so you can get back to your modelling soon, I also have breathing problems & use the nebuliser at least once a day so I know how you must be feeling... Take care of yourself & hope to see more models from you soon...

John.

Sorry to hear that mate but it's for the best , your health is more important so rest up and down as it seems siting is the problem :D and I hope to see your imagination come back to the forum soon :)

Take it easy Si and rest up buddy, you'll be back(no pun intended) before you know it;)

I have had back issues for years, got spinal arthritis and FM that affects muscles. This one was bad though and scary. Just need to lay off sitting for periods, and you know how you can get carried away a couple of hours faffing flies by. Ta guys, just miffed, even though I am still not 100% in the mood for modelling being told not to is harder.

Any old excuse Si. Any thing to get out of the dishes  Joking of course Si. :)

Any way hope you can listen in so to speak on the forum here. See you back, on no sorry again, soon.

Laurie

All that ranting and swearing while modelling I bet...won't be due to arguing with Pauline...she says...you do and obey. :D

Sorry to hear this and I hope you get well soon Si

The stash will always be there for when you're turn to full health

No Si. Just come back to Jersey after a holiday in England.

Some English devil passed this on. And another English devil put an obstacle in the way of Pauline and

she made every attempt to fall over it. 150% successful. Damaged already damaged knee more and badly bruised foot.

Now you may feel for her but it is me who should be consoled. :( I have even had to open the car door for her. Plus having

to obey commands which she issues with a forthright pointing of her fold up walking stick. It is all to much for me. :P
