discussion Monica's Russian BTR-70,with MA-7 Turret,

well today's,update on this one, :/


have done the parking and driveway,just need to line it out,


done the roof,brickwork on the factory,with there base coats,applied the same rules I,do with amour,and the color molting with,


the roof iron,come back over the brickwork,with different colors,of rust,reds,and mahogany,all Vallejo model air,


next stage once  dry,will be the big game changer in color,is the watered down plaster wash,to pickup the mortar lines,


as you can see, the masking tape has lifed some of the paint,but no biggie ,can be touched up,

i have a small question, dow did you do thoose grafitties? decal?, freehand airbrush?

I  do wish I,was very skilled,with the AB,to do them,there freehand,just on paper done,with a maker first,then color


added,but make out to size I,wont ,then work from there,glad that you do like this idea,

Looking awesome there Moni, doing a Miniart Building for a change, thats good. Really like how youve done the base as well.

even at that scale for me was hard,and a few try,s ,or what you maybe able to do,is use colored pens,to do it,and use simple words ,with 


an old style of writing,,

ta Tommy ,so glad your liking this so far,yes,I did scratch build,them ,the concrete slabbing is out of depron,has a nice texture to it,


and the ladder is out of cocktail sticks and balsa,the shipping pallets are balsa,and the oil drums are kitchen foil,

well been busy with this one,this morning,done quite a bit,


more done to the BTR,and bike,painted in some of the bits and bobs,about the place,added a fair bit of stuff,


as the BTR,did not have a spare,I,m trying to make one out,of cardboard,which will give the look of treed,and


the filler to give a bit of 3d look to the side treed, ,well I do hope,


so its all coming together slowly,


whats behind the cover, h34r: , 9_9 shell be reviled at the end of the build,and the whole point of this build,

the bike idea,is there for scouting ,if its needed, 9_9 plus it looks good sitting on the back of the crocodile,I think, 9_9

time to start the figures for this,I,m real happy with them,very nice fit,and to me look good,I do like the pose,s on them,and it suits what I,m doing, B|


and a real plus is ,yes they come with the cat as well,yaa,
