I've just been watching a sci-fi film called Serenity. During the film they liberated a weapon to attach to their ship. I didn't pay much attention to it until it was being removed. I'm thinking it looks decidedly German. am I right?

Serenity

If you haven’t done so already (and liked the movie, of course), be sure to watch the TV show Firefly as well. Serenity is basically the conclusion of the overall story from the show, after it was cancelled before its first season had even been completed.

Also, there is apparently a remake of Firefly coming on Disney+. I have my doubts it will be as good as the original, but I guess I’ll wait and see.
