Hi All,


My Internet has been down for the last 10 days.......... Virgin Media, after them running their diagnostics and countless phone calls, I finally got them to give me a new router. Which is what I told them the bloody problem was in the first place.


But normal service is restored

Ha! Sounds like the way it works here too. I have discovered that after messing with sub-par internet service and providers for so long, I can diagnose internet and router/modem problems better than the clowns on the other end of the line. Have a meeting today with a rep from the local cable internet provider today, as a matter of fact... looking to change service.

I know that one........ It's bloody frustrating when you have some clown on the other end of the phone who has to go through pointless procedures when you know damn well it's a waste of time.......... and you know exactly what the problem is.

Just imagine when Iran launches an EMP attack, no internet, no electricity, autos shutting down {computers fried},hospitals losing power, no refridgeration etc.. just give me a ring for hunting and firewood collecting tutorials......Oh wait! no phones either Quite a sticky wicket aye ..............Jim
