This is my latest resin bust effort - a Norman Knight, Battle of Hastings, 1066, by Young Miniatures. A complete contrast to my previous figure (Velaf the Dragon Hunter) as this was quite straightforward and there were only 7 pieces to it. Nonetheless it gave me some more practise in dealing with the dreaded white colour (a veritable bugger to paint via brush) but I got away with it. Kept the shield design simple, although I did think about painting some mythical animal on it but chickened out at the last minute.

Next bust project is the BIGGIE! RP Models' 200mm Sun-Tzu bust... =)
