discussion On the move again

sorry to say we shall have a little more downtime next week, I moved the site to a new server and it's running fine but I didn't take in to account how much bandwidth the forum uses, I moved the site to new hardware the other server was 3 years old, but now I have to move to a new and quite a bit dearer server.

This will be the last move for while as this server shouldn't need upgrading for sometime.

Can I also say that in the 11 years I've been running this forum ive never asked for any contributions to it, unlike some other forums, and I don't show adverts to people that take part, and this isn't going to change, but you can help towards the running of it by buying from the shop, if I don't have what you are looking for, ask, if you have found something cheaper elsewhere tell me I will do my best to beat it, not just match it.

I'm just waiting for the new server to be setup which should Monday / Tuesday

Okay, if you're sure John. I have got an awful lot from this forum and don't mind giving towards the server. I know this can open a can of worms about payments etc-this isn't about a regular donation or subscription-just a one off.

Hi john I've been commissioned to build 2 1/48 Tamiya spitfires and a 1/48 Tamiya lancaster I could get all of them with eduard masks for £124could you equal that ( don't necessarily have to be Tamiya but do have to be 1/48)
