This is a 75mm scale figure of a Hospitaller as they originally were. They are probably better known as the Knights of Malta, with their red surcoats

Oooh, he's good John - I like him a lot. Keep 'em coming.

Thank You Peter. I really enjoyed painting this one. It was trying to differentiate the different shades of black. His surcoat/ tunic is vallejo black and his cloak is vallejo german grey, which is just slightly lighter and dustier looking (at least to my eyes).
