if using windows, there is a Microsoft store app called ''Humbrol Paint Converter"
For Android, there's 'Hobby Color Converter'. It seems to have all the major players. If one has the brand and number, one can search for direct and similar equivalences, with a percentage estimate on each.
I'm never hyperconfident in these, as one can even get differences between a single brand's enamel and acrylic for example (e.g. Revell's metallics in my experience).
