in keeping with my aim of clearing some of my stash, here is a quick build I finished of a paper panzer - the 28cm Stormmorser 38D
i am not really into 'paper panzers', I bought this one because of a project I started a few years ago to build all of the Hetzer variants.
This is the first, and so far only kit by Amusing Hobby that i have bought, it is a little strange in that the kit itself is very straight forward and simple to build with reasonable detail, not up to the current Dragon standards, but ok. On the other hand thd tracks are single link tracks with 2 parts to each link -the complexity is a different standard to the rest of the kit - very strange. Those tracks went into the bin and i used some spare Eduard tracks from another kit which will be built with winter tracks.
Not the best build but fun all the same. It has been a whild since I last built some armour so it was nice to have a bit of fun weathering it.
