Scale Model Shop

Para Chaplain.

Hello Bob,
Perseverance is the name of the game mate. I stopped getting stressed about the outcome once i realized with each new figure i completed i could see a tiny step forward among the myriad of faults, eventually the tiny steps forward begin to increase. I still have a very long way to go to be totally happy with the finishes i achieve, but painting figures now i find very rewarding ( until i venture onto the Putty and Paint or similar) websites. But at least doing that still give us a target to eventually aim for. Give it another go matey, paints and brushes are waiting .
Thanks John, it's much the same with ships and me, improving albeit slowly

Cheers Steve, did notice I have over looked Blacking under the arm areas, just a couple of brush strokes will sort it .

Hello Mr Race nice to see you again, hope you are well, good to get back at it mate.

That's a lovely job, John. At 1/16th he's pretty tiny, too. I'd love to see a 'for scale' shot with a Vallejo bottle or somesuch alongside, to impress just that little bit more.

And can I ask, have you used acrylics or oils on this?

Morning Paul,
I took the picture you asked for.
