If it is going to be your first 1/4 scale build, i must recommend Pat's VEGA.
I had one a few years ago, and it was my first 1/4 scale, and it flew like a dream.
But be warned, if you do get one, there is a lot of building involved.but as we are builders, this should not put you off.

Hi,
I am also refurbishing a Pat Teakle Vega but have not got as far as you yet, but interested in your Log so far. Have you flown it yet? by the way new canopies are available and they are about £25 available from w.j.d.e.williams@btinternet.com who has taken over all of Pat Teakles molds so spares are now available again.
