Finally finished this one:

If it dries up later I'll try to take some better photos outside.
This must have been a really nice kit when the mould were new, but the warped fuselage and misalignment on the weapons gave me a few problems. The instructions are a bit vague in places too, but it looks OK. The lo-vis decals are a bit too lo-vis, if I built another I'd use one of the other schemes on the excellent decal sheet.
Thanks for watching
Pete

Not a wingy modeller but I hope you had a lot of fun with this one. Thanks for taking part in the GB

Looks great pete , not an easy kit to tame but youve made a lovely job of it , cheers tony

Hi Pete
It put up a fight but the result looks fine. A very sleek aircraft.

A few more, since the sun came out for a few minutesP1150601.JPGP1150602.JPGP1150604.JPGP1150605.JPGP1150606.JPGP1150607.JPGP1150608.JPGP1150609.JPGP1150610.JPGP1150611.JPG
I'm rather pleased that the pilot's head stopped the canopy from closing, I think it looks good with the canopy open.
Thanks for the kind comments chaps.
Pete

Looks great Pete, nice work.

I quite like how subtle the low vis markings are.

Thanks Andy, I like subtle, but they're nearly invisible! Can you read the pilot's name below the canopy? Thought not!
