Finished this 1/72 Sd.Kfz.234/3 Stummel by Hasegawa:

Nice little kit to build, with no fit issues at all, and nor clear parts to mask nor tracks to paint! I drilled out the main gun barrel a bit deeper. Tyres are Tamiya Rubber Black, other paints are Vallejo. Weathering was done with ready-made washes, Humbrol black for the suspension (I like black suspenders...) and Rust for the exhausts, then the whole thing had a few coats of Flory Dark Dirt and Sand. I'm quite pleased with the result.
All comments appreciated.

Looks really good Pete and hard to tell what scale it is!!! A very nice and not overdone finish with the weathering. You must have used a new blade for the shave Sir, as I see no stubble and no nicks or blood either!!! Any figs or a dio planned for it???

Thanks Allen. There is a standing figure included in the kit, but he's not very impressive - has two separate arms, both holding binoculars! Not sure where he'd go either, so no, no figures. I don't do dioramas (though I do appreciate other people's) but I make make a base of some sort one day.

Thanks Ron. I'd thought about a bit more chipping, but decided "less is more".

Pete, that turned out great! I really like the camo and weathering, it's just right. Cheers, Rick H.

Si, Peter, Paul, Rick, Andy, many thanks! I was quite pleased with it, but it means a lot to have so many compliments from you guys.
I shall go away and blush modestly in a corner somewhere.

What an absolute joy Peter. Stunning work on such a small scale. The weathering is spot on. Well done mate

Very nice Pete, for some reason they remind me of an airport fire engine with that gun :tongue-out3:

Top marks Pete
I like the underneath shot, that looks a lot easier than doing most wheeled vehicles, with trying to keep the chassis square.
