I must say Stevie, the Kudos are well deserved. I personally think the RR armored car should have won 1st and the Tiger I second though, but that's Just me...It's amazing to see that just a few years ago you were just starting out in this hobby and spent more time gluing your fingers together than building something. Top drawer stuff Sir!!!

Thanks for posting the pictures too. There are one heck of a lot of fantastic builds there. If scrolling through the pictures doesn't get the creative Moggelling juices flowing, I guess your in a coma or on a slab!!!

Well done Steve and thanks for all the photos.Do you think you might have missed any? There's some great stuff on offer there.Must have been a great show.
Wine o'clock is sticking with me.
Jon.

Allen - So did I mate but it seems everyone luvs a Tiger:smiling2:
Jon - I did actually. Two tables full as my memory card ran out of space:smiling2:
Monica - Thanks very much. I appreciate it:thumb2:
Bobby Baby - I wasnt gonna go but as I couldn't make Torquay I thought I had better go. The Mrs wasn't too pleased with it being our wedding anniversary and all that:smiling4:
Cheers Jim. Glad you liked the pics
Richard - I had a wonderful chat with the guy who built the bridge. Its part of a massive Sword beach dio which was shown at Portsmouth D Day museum. As ths was a small event this is all he brought down. He had no reference drawings so he went over to Caen and used a scaffold pole with measurements on and put it in a few key spots to get the right dimensions and then drew himself his own scale drawings. A very talented man
Many thanks Peter. I appreciate the support mate:thumb2:
Scottie - It was a great day all round. Cheers mate

But surly you some got brownie points for all those awards even if it was on an unmissable event Day ? i'm sure she is very proud of your skills

Many thanks John. I remember your landing craft with the Sherman coming out the front. One of my favourite models there. Great stuff:thumb2:

WOW! I was looking to join my local ipms club this week but not sure I dare let them see my efforts if this is the standard.

Dave

Go for it Dave, i'm sure you will have a great time & get plenty of advice as I have in the past.
