Have I got the wrong end of the stick John? Seem like you are saying you turned the black plate over?

If you refitted it upside down then that's probably why there's no pressure at as the diaphragm valves will now be working the wrong way.

Don;t think so Andy, I used the photos to put the thing back as it came off, of course I could well be wrong, mechanical things and I don't mix :upside: The cap screw is the problem now as the internal faces are so soft they have given up , a bit like me !

I've ordered a new Iwata , not going to mess around. Will keep the old one and let my mate have a look whens he's fit and well .

No Tim, power is there.:thumb2: just no pumping .




I cleaned out the bottom release valve, just a little damp in the trap, and no I wasn't sitting on it, but when I trip over the lead it nearly ended up in the garden !:angry:
