Got this for Xmas.

This is a remake of an old Airfix Escort.

( not very good, oh well :emo10

The front bottom corner was missing, so had to make that up first.

So because i'm making it into a Twin Cam had to build out the wings ( fender ).

I have found the right wheels for it.

As I say it will be very quick but helps to get the skill levels up.

That's a very tidy build up job on the front wing. You'll never know it is there when finished. Lovely old car, I remember this when it first came out, one or two years ago!

Now completed

Had to use slot car Lotus Cortina wheels and cut the bumpers.
