I remember a young guy at an old job wiped his safety specs with acetone To clean them, he may as well had painted them haha.


Also a safety bulletin at my work showed a guy who had his full face safety visor shatter when a spot of some cleaner or thinners hit it. Lucky I think he had safety specs on under it. The company wouldn't investigate it until the company they were writing for pushed the issue and then they realised they had specced the wrong material type of Dave shield. Lol
