Currently building revell 1/72 Merlin HC3.

Can anyone tell me what the b.s no. or Humbrol no.green colour I need to apply on this model.

it looks like a slightly lighter olive drab. just mix and match untill you have a shade that looks right on the model. remember model kits and their paint reflect light differently to the real thing so if your happy with the colour you come up with its all good!

Hi ,I'm having the same problem, I've photograghed the HC-3 at a dozen or so airshows and they are all a different green depending on the light conditions, the wonders of infra-red reflective paint I think?, I built my kit about a year ago and I took the plunge and painted it Xtracolour NATO dark green, it doesn't look right so it's gathering dust at the moment, PLEASE someone help, someone has got to know what colours these things are?
