at the beveridge park theres a pond in kirkcaldy where all the boat enthusiasts go to sail their boats,this would put them boats to shame,and people would look at it in awe,just looks so beautiful andy top marks,and good luck on the cox.

Thanks guys, you are all inspiring. Well I finished the Cox apart from a couple of coats of Matt Varnish that need applying. See what you think. The helmet sits on his right knee under that hand that I cut the fingers down on.

having done a little research I have added a few minor detail changes that are different to the paint scheme that comes with the figure. These are now true and correct. Cox complete and in place.

Oops! well I tried to upload the pics but it wouldn't have it. Ill try again later. Sorry guys, perhaps John needs to look at something.

Just caught up again on this one Andy what great work you have put into this build I know i haven't posted much on this but still watching in awe
 
Nice touch having a gent of African extraction as our cox'n.

I'm really enjoying this superb example of boat building skills.....and I aint alone either!

I have changed the set up of the rudder controls as I didn't think that the white metal parts were neither strong enough nor secure enough to the shafts. You can see from the original post pic.

I have now completed all of the wiring and switches ready for setting up. I have however got the lighting switch and radar switch working.
