Don't bin it John. What did you use for the mud/water effect on the front ?

Also can you pull the FSCV back a little ? Just so the front is poking out over the edge.

If you can,use clear sealant to go in front of the tank ( I will use the word tank just for ease ) to make a bow wave to cover the front and go over the sides to form one solid wall of water. If you go and have a look at the Hummer sig builds there's one I did to show you what I mean so you should be able to recover this great build rather than throw it away.
 
I agree with Ian,on what to do Gavin,1st off dont bin it,you can save it , ;)

it dose not real look that bad,if its some were in the Ukraine,has that very think,

sticky mud that dose bog down most things,so just replace it,as Ian said and will be fine,:rolleyes:

I have looked at that Samuri.,figure a few times along with some others,and just end up looking looking,

is as far as i have gotten,:rolleyes:

Thanks Ian but I think its to far gone, I used clear sealant on all of it so it will be a bitch to remove it & start over, I do not intend to throw it away just use the parts for other things so it will not be a total loss.

i real think i should try to remodel it a bit first,as the look it give,s is that off speeding through the bug hole,

and the mud flicking off,add a bit more of a wave of mud off each side on the track,:rolleyes:

just hate to see all that good work go in the bin,lol, ;)

John do not bin it do something else and then come back to it, the UN Lav 3 I was going to bin ended up winning a first and best Canadian armour in show, so think about it.

I agree don't bin it, I think it can be saved. Apply some dry filtered earth to the ground work using PVA and let it dry then highlight it, peel the silicone off the tank, or at least cut it back so it is just on bits of the front of the vehicle by doing this you will still get the muddy effect and keep a nice kit and nice dio. I must admit I like what you have tried to achieve here and as I say this is savable, put it down for now and do something else then come back to it.

Good, that would have been a waste, this is a crazy looking monster, it wI'll look ace when done.
 
That really is a "Bad Boy" ...... and it's turning out really well......... Good job so far. The "turret" looks really good.
