Just wondering has anyone else been having trouble logging on to Scalemates?

For the past few weeks I’ve been intermittently getting the following message instead of it logging on as normal.



Other times I can just log on with no problems. I only use y iPhone to access it so am not sure what’s going on

No probs here, I logged in a few days ago and just tried it again, just now, works fine for me, using Laptop, Windoze11, using Chrome, etc.
Old IT advice, log out, turn it off, wait a minute, turn it back on and log back in again.
Maybe also try clearing cookies?

I've just got home and managed to log in on chrome, so yes, you've probably said something

I’ve dumped the cookies and have tried a new search engine but am still having the same issues.

Ah well it will stop me looking up kit reviews for a while and prevent me from buying anything new until I can sort it out so perhaps not all bad

Some forums, websites, etc have a "contact me" option, to contact the site owner or mods, so if so you could try contacting them as there may be an issue with your log in details that they can sort out or give you a new one. Often the contact details are right at the bottom of the home page....
Or try creating a new account with different details?

No problems on iPhone using three different browsers, nor on my laptop. Sorry Geoff, you need to hold your tongue in the right position when clicking the log in button.

I have had the exact same issue. I can log on from my iPhone but can't from my Mac.
