well, this was my second model ever, and perhaps after watching videos, looking at scrappers, I got a bit above myself!


I tried a few techniques and found one DOESNT work (blowtorches wayyywayywyayyyyy to hot for plastic!)


Also had a go with Sceinc rust but to be honest, not overly impressed. Seems too harsh to me.


Anyway, this is the mess I ended up with!

That's nice of you to say Trooper, thanks! I'm sure that after 100 models, I'll look back at this and think oh my what on earth did I do??

That's a nice looking scrapper. You have done a good job on the deformation and rusty colours. :)
