Firstly, just want to say thanks to John at the shop for excellent service as usual. Received the ordered parts quick as you like.


Anyway, I've just taken delivery of a Scribe-R blade to fit in modelling knife and to be fair when I ordered it I wasn't really too sure what it was or how it would work other than the fact you use it to rescribe panel lines. I have struggled sometimes in the past with scribing, usually slipping at the last moment or getting an uneven finish.


Well once you've folded the blade together and fitted it to your blade holder, this little 3D gem works so easy. It does not seem to leave any burrs or slip at all, and after a couple of gentle passes the panel line is rescribed.


So if your struggling with replacing detail after sanding etc. then get one.

I've had one of these for a year now and it's the best scriber I've ever used. It gives you great control and depth of cut of easily maintained. You can't go wrong with one of these.
