took the 427 S/C and turned it from a racer to a street car.............the bits are actually in the box
this is what happened for real......the S/C was a limited run race car version, unfortunatly it didnt sell well.....they only made less than 60, and around half of them they ended up detuning and adding stuff like a proper windscreen and some creature comforts, so they could sell them as road going cars.....apparently quite rare and collectable these days
paint is Mr Hobby Shine Red Gloss, tried adding some 'carpet' to make the interior look a bit better but its not the greatest of kit in the first place

cheers col.....it was surprising just how small it is.........its in a showcase next to a Peugeot 206 rally car and they are pretty much the same length!

Almost bought a REAL one of these back in the mid 70's .....had a blown-up Hollman/Moody 427 but the price was right....$10,000. USD. Last time I saw it, it was on the back of a flatbed truck headed for L.A. California. 10 years later I read in the newspaper where one of these crates went for half a million at auction..........who'd a thought that was possible.........live & learn.:crying: Rick H.

Nice job. You can see it's racing roots in the jacking points disguised as bumpers. PaulE
