My Iwata will not take a smaller needle, .2mm for detailed work such as modulation. Do not want to spend a lot, now i know that Sparmax are owned by or other way round, iwata i have found a .2mm airbrush in the £60 bracket, so good prices

Has anybody got an experiance of these, the reviews are positive

Thanks bob

Hi Bob.
Sparmax brushes are absolutely brilliant.
I have been using them since they were called Prem-Air.They are my number one choice and it is easy to get spare parts.

Many thanks Ralph, appreciated

Hi Tim, still looking but for spec, reviews and price they look good value

I would agree with that. Mind you, according to specs an Iwatta with a 0.35 needle should do all you want....what model is yours?

Eclipse.cs. when i bought parts after dropping it, i asked the tech and .3 is the smallest needle

Interesting. I have an eclipse SBS with a 0.35 Needle and it will go as fine as I want? Have you tried dropping the air pressure and getting in closer? Yours should do a 1mm line with ease, which should be good enough for mottle on everything except 1/144 scale?

had one for a year......only times its let me down is when its my fault either not cleaning right or getting the mix ratio wrong......and for some reason its the easiest to clean AB ive ever had....well recommended
